BATH EXCURSION

Day tour departs from Cardiff every Friday all-year-round.  (Additional days are available by arrangement)

Tour Highlights: Pulteney Bridge, Parade gardens, The Square, The Circus, The Royal Crescent, Bath Abbey & Roman Baths               

 We depart from Cardiff travel eastbound to Severn Bridge to England and make our way to the Georgian spa resort of Bath in Somerset. Guided tour with stops at all the city’s popular landmarks: 

Pulteney Bridge, one of the world’s most beautiful bridges

Parade Gardens overlooking the River Avon

The Square, residence of famous British author, Jane Austen

The Circus, design inspiration from the ancient standing stones of nearby Stanton Drew and Solomon's Temple in Jerusalem

The Royal Crescent, one of the world's best known landmarks

Bath Abbey, the last of the great medieval churches of England.

Return Bath City centre at lunch time with ample free time to explore the nearby Bath Abbey and Roman Baths. (Bath Christmas Market held from Nov 27-December 7 2008)  

Prices from Adult £45, Concession £40 (under 16, 60+, & Student I.D. card req'd).  Group bookings contact the office to discuss further.  Price inclusive of transport, driver, fully escorted English speaking guide, all admission charges and UK taxes, exclusive of lunch and entry to Roman Baths.
