Your booking request is normally processed on the same date as your email.

If places are available on the tour of your choice, you will receive an email to inform that places are RESERVED for you.

Payment Method: PayPal will send you a LINK to process payment safely and securely using their facilities. Your invoice will charge for tour(s) only, there are NO HIDDEN CHARGES. Transaction fees are free.

When payment has been PROCESSED, WhenWhenWales will send you a CONFIRMATION email with your booking receipt containing all the important details of your tour, date & times, plus a map of central Cardiff and image of WhereWhenWales transport.

If there is NO AVAILABILITY for your first tour choice , WhereWhenWales will provide you with details of other tours which have availability.

We always recommend that you book your tour well in advance of your visit to avoid disappointment.
