Q. Where do I get my tickets?
A. Booking confirmation with full details of tour name, date, times, start point will be sent to you by email.

Q. I am away from home with no access to printer to copy my booking confirmation?
A. Not a problem. Screen print or make a note of your invoice/booking reference

Q. Will there be time for lunch and is it included?

A. There is ample lunch time but lunch is not included,  When we plan our tours we try to make our stops in places of interest where there is a wide variety of food available. If you wish, you can bring a packed lunch or pick up lunch items at a previous stop.

Q. Do you accept groups?
A. Yes, we are happy to accept groups on our tours and discounts are available. Please contact us for more information.

Q. What is included in the price of the tour?
A. We include transport, services of driver and local guide.   These tours are led by a local guide in English only.

Q. How can I make a reservation and when should I book?
A. Easiest and quickest way to book a tour is send an email to  jan@wherewhenwales.com with date of tour, tour choice and number of passengers. Important to give specific details on passengers for invoice purchases –how many ADULTS, CONCESSIONS (students & over 60s) & CHILDREN. Q. Do you offer a hotel pick-up service?
A. Our tours depart from the National Museum Cardiff, centra location in the heart of Cardiff.  We regret that we are unable to offer a hotel pick-up service.

Q. How many people will be on the tour?
A. Driver, guide and up to 15 passengers maximum

Q. Where does my tour depart from?
A. Our tours depart from a convenient central point in Cardiff – National Museum & Art Gallery. Full joining information is available on this website.

Q. Are your tours suitable for children?
A. Appropriate for children aged 5 and upwards. For PRIVATE TOURS children under 5 years are accepted.

Q. Should I tip the driver?
A. A gratuity for a job well done is always appreciated by our drivers.

Q. How much luggage can I bring?
A. Limited to only what will fit comfortably on your lap.

Q. How can I pay for my tour?
A. Payment processed safely and securely via PayPal website using card payment or PayPal account..

Q. Do you have any local agents that I can visit?

Q I’ve missed my tour, can I get a refund?
A. We request passengers to arrive 10 minutes prior to tour departure. Like other tour operators we cannot be responsible if you miss your tour because you are not at the departure point in good time.

Q. I need to cancel my tour?
A. Please check terms & conditions, or call, text or email us immediately.

Q. Do you offer discounts for children?
A. Under 16 are charged the reduced concession price. 

Q. What advice do you offer visitors looking for tours and tour operators?
A. Itinerary details are an excellent way of finding out not only the best tour choice for you but what each tour operator has to offer. If you are unsure, contact the operator and ask for further details. All our tours offer a dedicated driver to provide convenient drop offs at every location, allowing passengers to disembark with our personal guide.
